Day 1:  Los Angeles
Meet and greet at the hotel in Los Angeles, get to know your tour guide and driver at dinner, appetizer and refreshments provided.  2 nights in Los Angeles.

Day 2: Disney Concert Hall - Getty Museum
Explore Los Angeles: in the morning we feature a tour of the Disney Concert Hall by architect Frank Gehry, then explore Beverly Hills and Hollywood.  In the afternoon we will visit the beautiful Getty Museum or you can optionally visit the Universal Studios. Night in L.A.

Day 3: Borrego Springs  Departure for Borrego Springs, our destination for the day.  Explore various interesting palm groves, a slot canyon and wildflowers. The schedule will be adjusted depending on the weather.  We stay at Desert Hot Springs at a wonderful resort hotel with warm natural pools and beautiful garden.

Day 4: Palm Springs - Indian Canyons - San Jacinto Peak - Desert Hot Springs
The day will be spent in Palm Springs where you will tour the town and go on a hike in the interesting area of the Indian Canyons with a variety of plants and wild animals. Later that day we will take a gondola up to San Jacinto Peak for some great views and nature walk.  Night in Desert Hot Springs.

Day 5:  Joshua Tree National Park - Twentynine Palms
This day is dedicated to the flora, fauna and the unique geology of Joshua Tree National Park, a highlight of the California travel tour.  Enjoy California wildflowers and a sunset in the park.  Night in nearby in Twentynine Palms.

Day 6: Mojave National Preserve - Las Vegas
Stop at Amboy Crater, then enter the Mojave National Preserve, a wonderful desert wilderness, view cactus and tour the Mitchell Caverns.  As a stark contrast we will spend the evening in Las Vegas.

Day 7: Las Vegas - Red Rock Canyon
In the morning we will visit Red Rock Canyon State Park, a geological wonder full of desert life, then spend the rest of the day independently exploring Las Vegas. Second night in Las Vegas.
