All of our adventure travel tours include two knowledgeable guides who can share with you the history of each destination and aim to make this a personalized experience.  Our guides can tell you about the flora and fauna, the geology, and the culture of each area.  At Travel Dream West your interests come first- and we encourage you to share these interests with us before you even arrive at the tour.  This gives us a chance to customize and adjust our tour to include those things that are most important to you.  Let us know if you enjoy photography, longer hikes, swimming, bird watching, flower identifying, or anything else!  Because our West USA travel tour groups are limited to 8-12 tour participants you can be assured of personalized, customized service.  This isn't mass tourism with big buses and sixty passengers.  We take our time sharing with you the beauty and uniqueness of the US West so that, in the end, you can look back on an unforgettable experience with greater insight into the natural and cultural world of this beloved country.

Note that all of our tours, as well as specialty programs, are available on a customized basis throughout the year.  If you have a small group of interested individuals please contact us for information.  We are always happy to accommodate special interest groups including clubs and families.  Our knowledge of the West gives you the opportunity to plan a tour that covers your group's special needs and interests.

West USA Adventure Travel Tours - Schedule and Pricing 2009

    - Roundtrip transportation in an air-conditioned mini-bus

    - Knowledgeable tour guides, available daily for your convenience

    - Accommodation for the duration of the trip at the single or double room occupancy chosen

    - All excursions, museums, park entrance fees, and attractions included in your official schedule

    - All breakfasts (either included with the hotel or with a stipend at nearby restaurant)

    - A minimum of one dinner

   -  Welcome refreshments

    - Your flight to and from the tour start and end (we are happy to help you arrange your flight separately)
    - Transfer from the airport to the hotel

    - Trip cancellation insurance, luggage- and health insurance

    - Meals (except as noted above)

    - Optional activities (white water rafting, horseback riding, additional museums, etc.)

    Except in special circumstances booking is required no later than 8 weeks before the tour start date, contact Travel Dream West for last-minute booking availability.  At booking time 30% of the total tour price is paid, in US dollars (all taxes and fees are included in the total price).  Four weeks before the tour the entire price of the trip must be paid.  By cancellation of a tour: before 60 days full refund minus $100 fee, 60-30 days 20% of the tour price, 30-15 days before tour 50%, 14-8 days before tour 70% and 7-0 days before tour 100% of the total tour price.  With five or less participants a small group surchargeper person may apply. All tours are guaranteed to depart.

    Each tour will be provided as described on the web page and in brochures and catalogs and have no more than 12 participants plus tour guides.  Our tours are planned a year in advance, and due to this it is sometimes necessary to update our schedule and make changes- you will be informed of these promptly.  Our responsibility begins at the start of the tour, you are responsible for your own transportation to and from the tour meeting place and timely arrival.
