As we travel in our 14-passenger, air-conditioned van
you will be up close to gorgeous sights, and spend time
truly immersing yourself on wildlife
trails with many scenic stops. Your adventure tour brings you up close and personal with
several of America's most popular parks, cultural sights and wild animals.
Our tours are personalized enough for all questions to
get answered, and for friendships to form that can last
a lifetime. We will stop at local restaurants and often picnic for lunch, and our
guides will happily advise you on good dinner
locations.

Day 7: Yellowstone National Park –
Norris Geyser Basin – Old Faithful– Pahaska Tepee -
Cody
Today, we visit Norris Geyser Basin,
the most active area at Yellowstone. Then, we
explore Old Faithful area followed by a walk and
drive along Lake Yellowstone. We take lunch at
Pahaska Tepee, Buffalo Bill's hunting lodge and
overnight in nearby cabins. |

Day 8: Cody, Wyoming
In the morning you can sign-up for an optional
horseback ride or relax. In the afternoon we
visit five museums under one roof at
the Buffalo Bill Historical Center in Cody, Wyoming.
Evening in Cody, night in or near Cody, Wyoming. |

Day 9: Mustangs – Bighorn Mountains – Buffalo,
Wyoming
Participate at an optional Jeep tour lead by
a local guide to the prairie outside of Cody to
discover wild mustang horses. Then drive over the
Bighorn Mountains, watch for occasional moose, stop
at Shell Falls for a walk. Night in historic
Sheridan, WY. |

Day 10: Fort Phil Kearny - Devil’s Tower National Monument – Black
Hills – Spearfish Canyon - Deadwood
Learn about Bozeman Trail history at
Fort Phil Kearny. Then drive to see a stunning volcanic formation
at Devil’s Tower and discover prairie dog
colonies nearby. For the evening we drive to the
Black Hills area through Spearfish Canyon with its waterfalls,
watching for bald eagles and mountain goats. 2

Day 11: Gold Mine Lead – Bear Butte
State Park – Piedmont
Take a gold mine tour in lead, then
see learn about Native history and see bison herds at Bear Butte State Park, a native
spiritual area. Walk in an amazing millions of years
old petrified forest
near Piedmont. |

Day 12: Crazy Horse – Custer State Park – Mount
Rushmore – Badlands National Park
Sights include two giant rock carvings, the first
being Crazy Horse, still under construction, and Mt. Rushmore, a completed
sculpting of 4 presidents’ heads. Also hike and see wildlife
in gorgeous rocky landscape of Custer State Park.

Day 13: Badlands National Park – Soda
Springs - Fort Robinson Nebraska - Lusk
Badlands National Park is filled with North American
wildlife including bison, bighorn sheep, rabbits and
snakes. With prairies, brightly
colored hills and out of this world rock formations this is the perfect
stop for
nature photography. On to Soda Springs we visit a
rare dig of mammoths. Our drive leads through Oglala
National Grassland, home of Pronghorn Antelopes and
many raptors. A cultural highlight is a short visit
to Fort Robinson in Nebraska. Night in Lusk, Wyoming |

Day 14: Fort Laramie - Register Cliff
- Wild Animal Sanctuary - Denver
Explore famous Fort Laramie and learn about American
history of the West. Then stop at Register Cliff
where immigrants of the Oregon Trail have left their
marks in 1850. At a visit to the Wild Animal
Sanctuary near Denver you will have a last
opportunity to observer and take photos of rare
native carnivores including Grizzly bears, wolves,
mountain lions and others. We spend our last evening
and the night in Denver. |

15: Tour ends today in Denver - fly home or stay
independently
We will happily assist you with reservations if
you would like to extend your stay in Denver.
