Oregon Nature Trails -
Escorted Travel and Hiking Tours: Schedule for Days 8-14
Explore all of Oregon's diverse, fantastic landscapes on
this guided hiking small group tour. |
|
|
Come join us for a set of guided walking tours
in Oregon's grandest parks, ranging from warm high
desert strolls to cool seaside hikes. Be amazed
as our hiking tours bring you up close to some of
natures most unusual sights, from high elevation Paulina
Lake with waterfalls amidst a desert landscape, to the
luscious McKenzie River Valley. Take a tour up the
Yaquina Head lighthouse, and explore the unusual biology
of intertidal pools full of sea stars, urchins and
colorful anemones.
The pounding surf of Oregon's Pacific Ocean
offers an amazing glimpse into natural history, where
lava flows met with the ocean, and steep mountain ranges
begin directly at the water line. We help you spot the world's second largest whales, and hike you
through part of the largest coastal sand dunes in North
America. Be dwarfed by the world's tallest trees in
Redwood State Park, and gaze into the depths of North
America's deepest lake, which happens to be the crater
of a giant volcano at Crater Lake National Park. From small harbor towns to wild west
desert villages, you will find yourself immersed in a
warm and friendly society that lives in one of America's most
beautiful state, and its best kept secret. |
