Reserve your place on a Travel Dream West tour today!  Remember we take a maximum of 12 passengers per small group tour so that you receive individualized service.  All of our tours are carefully scheduled and planned to give you a great combination of sights and relaxation.  Below you will find valuable, important information about how to book and pay.  Please read our terms and conditions page before making payments. 

     Except in special circumstances booking is required no later than 8 weeks before the tour start date, contact Travel Dream West for last-minute booking availability.  At booking time 30% of the total tour price is paid, in US dollars (all taxes and fees are included in the total price).  Four weeks before the tour the entire price of the trip must be paid.  By cancellation of a tour: before 60 days full refund minus $100 fee, 60-30 days 20% of the tour price, 30-15 days before tour 50%, 14-8 days before tour 70% and 7-0 days before tour 90% of the total tour price.  Non-appearance at the tour site without previous notification, 100% of the price will be retained. Cancellation insurance is highly recommended. In case fewer participants than 5 will sign up for a tour Travel Dream West will ask for an additional small group surcharge of US$400 per person.
