Drive through Valley of
the Gods, a largely undiscovered version of Monument
Valley. Stop by Gooseneck State Park for views of
over-entrenched San Juan River. Then
experience first hand the fantastic landscapes of
Monument Valley, filming location for John Wayne
westerns. Night in Page, Arizona by Lake Powell. |

11:
Take a highly
recommended tour of world famous
Antelope Canyon**, then go on an optional boat trip and
enjoy a complimentary evening at the Navajo Heritage Center,
includes dinner. |

12:
Morning walk
in the amazing wind-shaped Paria area. Guided
tour through Mormon Fort at Pipe Spring N.M.,
picnic with BBQ at Coral Pink Sand Dunes. Overnight
stay in comfortable log cabins in the wilderness
close to Grand Canyon. |

13:
Today's highlight is the
Grand Canyon National Park, along the North Rim. Observe the most
unique sunrise and sunset, walk along the rim
with breathtaking views of the grandest canyon
in the world. Evening at Grand Canyon Lodge with
dinner options. |

Day
14: A
scenic drive along Mt. Carmel highway leads to Zion
National Park where we will spend the day with walks and
hikes. Dinner and night in Las Vegas. |

Day 15: Today
we are traversing the lowest point on the continent
in Death Valley, a rare, hot, and world famous
place. Morning walk near Zabriskie Point, and
several scenic stops. Our journey then climbs up to
the Sierra Nevada of California to the base of
continental US's tallest mountain, Mt. Whitney.

Day 16: Begin
in Alabama hills with its famous movie backdrops.
Stop in Keough Hot Springs for an optional swim. We
see Hot Creek Geological Area on our way to Mono
Lake. Explore tuffa spires at Mono, then spend the
night in Bridgeport in a Family-owned hotel. |

Day 17: First
we will explore California's most intact ghost town
at Bodie State Park. Then we will take a drive over
3000-meter high Tioga Pass into Yosemite Park. See
views of Tuolumne Meadows, Half Dome, Yosemite
Falls, giant Sequoia trees, and many more famous
sights. Night in Oakhurst. |

Day 18: You'll
experience culture at Salinas' John Steinbeck Center
before driving to the Pacific coast in Monterey
where the fresh sea breeze will blow away all dust
collected from canyons and deserts. Evening at the
harbor. 2 nights in Pacific Grove. |

Day 19: We
start with a
drive and walk along the most beautiful coast at
Pebble Beach, along 17-mile drive, stopping at Point
Lobos State Park. Then a short stop at Carmel
mission, and the evening is open for a stroll though
Monterey's Fisherman's Wharf or on an optional whale
tour or a visit to the Monterey Bay Aquarium. |

Day 20: We
will spend the day driving North along the wonderful
Pacific Coast. Visit to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk,
and on to San Francisco with a beach stop along the
way. In the evening we
will cross Golden Gate Bridge to Sausalito for a
good-bye dinner (not included). |

Day 21:
Today, our tour ends.
