Church in Santa Fe

“The City Different”- explore this unique area on our New Mexico tours. Unlike most modern cities Santa Fe was developed using the planning of King Phillip II, whose city planning principals state that the city should be built around a central plaza and radiate outwards. In Santa Fe the Palace of the Governors, the oldest public building in America, sits to the North and the main church to the East. From this central area, around which you will find a multitude of colorful galleries and restaurants, the city spreads out.
